"Is AI doing my marketing, or are people?"
Both. AI handles the repetitive work — drafting, monitoring, data aggregation. Our team handles strategy, creative judgment, and quality control. Every deliverable that touches your brand is human-reviewed. See the AI + human model →
"What AI tools do you use?"
We use tools from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and others for content drafting, research, and workflow automation. The specific tools evolve — the principle doesn't: AI drafts, humans approve, you own the sign-off. Client credentials and account access are never shared with AI tools. When we use AI for analysis, sensitive client data is anonymized.
"Will my content sound like AI wrote it?"
No. AI produces the first draft. A human reviews for brand voice, accuracy, and tone — and edits as needed before it reaches your audience.

"Can I just do a one-time project instead of a retainer?"

"How much do you charge for your services?"
Marketing audits start at $195. Fixed-scope projects are quoted upfront. Managed marketing starts at $995/month. No long-term contracts on any tier. We publish our pricing because we think you should know what things cost before you get on a call. See pricing →
"Is there a contract?"
Yes — you'll sign a Master Services Agreement that covers the basics (scope, payment terms, confidentiality). But we don't do long-term contracts. Initial term is 90 days, then month-to-month. No cancellation fees.
"I want to hire you to manage my marketing. What's the onboarding fee for?"

"What results can I expect, and how soon?"
Audits: 2 business days. Fixed-scope projects: timelines defined upfront. For managed marketing, the 90-day arc looks like this — Month 1 is systems and first automations. Month 2, data comes in and we start testing. By Month 3, we know what's working and double down. Most clients see measurable movement around Day 45. We won't promise overnight wins. We will promise you'll know exactly where things stand.
"What do your managed marketing retainers deliver every month?"
Every client gets: a monthly decision memo (what changed, why, what's next), progress against your 6 core metrics, content deliverables, and automation maintenance. Growth tier and above add biweekly optimization reviews.
"Do you guarantee results?"
No — and anyone who does is either lying or defining "results" loosely enough to be meaningless. What we guarantee is clarity: you'll understand what your marketing is doing every month, in plain English.

Upfront: access to your accounts, brand assets, and a short intake conversation. After that, most clients spend less than an hour a month — reviewing deliverables, approving content, and reading their decision memo. You stay informed without getting buried in execution.
"What if it's not working — can we adjust or cancel?"
Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. If something isn't performing, we adjust the strategy — that's included, not an upsell. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into a contract.
